The $300 must be used in a single visit and may not be used for initial consultation, products or retail items. Nor can it be exchanged, returned, replace or purchased for cash.
This gift expires 31 December 2025. It cannot be returned to the issuer and cannot be combined with other cards. The company has the right to refuse to provide services.
