Your friend must be a new patient. Redeem your gift of $200 of Skin Treatment after your friend or family member has an initial consultation. Your friend or family member can redeem their gift for $300 of Skin Treatment after their first consultation with Dr Cosima. Skin contribution gifts may be used on any treatment, excluding treatments requiring prescription items. Skin contribution gifts must be used in a single visit and may not be used for initial consultation, products or retail items. Nor can it be exchanged, returned, replace or purchased for cash.
This gift expires 31 December 2025. It cannot be returned to the issuer and cannot be combined with other cards. The company has the right to refuse to provide services.
